TESI FOUNDATION
Mutesi Gasana
Gasana Mutesi is a dedicated advocate for literacy, education, and community transformation. Since 2010, she has founded TESI Foundation, Arise Education, Arise Bookshop, and Ubuntu Publishers - each initiative reinforcing her commitment to empowering youth, women, and underserved communities through access to knowledge and opportunity.
TESI Foundation is proud to lead a new initiative to build a female-led publishing industry in Rwanda. Through an 8-week training program, 20–30 women will receive expert guidance, mentorship, and the chance to win business grants - equipping them to thrive in a traditionally male-dominated sector.
